We are delighted to announce that SOURCE at Gilpin Hotel has been awarded a coveted Michelin star following Ollie Bridgwater’s arrival earlier this year.
Joining Gilpin after nearly a decade at Heston Blumenthal’s three Michelin Starred Fat Duck, possibly the most innovative and successful restaurant in the UK’s history, Ollie brings incredible technical skills along with a passion for sourcing exquisite ingredients. He and his team make the most of special ingredients that aren’t around all the time, with menus that focus on beautiful local produce, distinct flavours, seasonality and sustainability – and precision; the detail really matters.
