SOURCE at Gilpin Hotel combines exquisite produce, distinct flavours, seasonality, sustainability, and precision, together with exceptional service, to create a fun, fine dining experience.
We offer a Ten Course Tasting Menu and a Six Course Tasting Menu, and pride ourselves on using the very best ingredients, which is why our menu changes on a daily basis – keeping it fresh but always encompassing the seasonality and skill as expected from the SOURCE kitchen.
