Can we have flexibility with our menu?

Absolutely. We offer a range of menus and are happy to discuss specific preferences, including dietary requirements and alternatives to standard dishes.

What are the options for children?

Yes, we are pleased to accommodate children over the age of 7 years old as part of our You & Me wedding package and children of any age for our Love Story wedding package. We have cots and high chairs available upon request. Please let us know the ages of the children in your party when confirming.

Is breakfast included, and what are the options?

Breakfast is included in your stay. We offer both continental and cooked options. Please let us know if you have specific requests when confirming your itinerary.

Can we bring our own alcohol?

Please speak with your Event Manager regarding our corkage policies for bringing your own wine for your celebration.

What transport do you recommend?

For getting around the local area, we recommend pre-booking with local providers such as Ace Taxis (015394 45445) or Lakeside Taxis (015394 88888)

Can I bring my own decorations?

Yes, you are welcome to bring personal decorative items. Please discuss your plans with your Event Manager so we can assist with the setup.

Can we book spa treatments?

We offer a range of spa treatments. We recommend booking these well in advance to ensure availability. We can arrange for these to be billed separately if you prefer.
