**In-room Spa Hampers are tailored to each room type, and contents may vary according to room classification. Hampers are provided for in-room use only.
Please note that removal of the Spa Hamper or its contents will incur an additional charge.

A supplement of £15 per person will apply for deep muscle treatments.
Reservations are guaranteed with a 50% deposit at the time of booking.
Where cancellations are made for reservations involving 1 or 2 rooms, no charges will be made provided that 14 days notice is given of cancellations or amendments of reservation. Any deposits will be fully refunded.
For reservations involving 3 or more rooms, 28 days notice is required for any cancellations or amendments. Any deposits will be fully refunded.
All cancellations must be confirmed in writing.
Non-arrivals or reservations which are cancelled or amended within the above cancellation periods will be charged 100% of the booking value. If we are able to re-let the accommodation we would, of course, refund any cancellation fees except for any shortfall.
