Subject to Availability Please note that the suggested routes are provided for guidance only, and Gilpin cannot be held responsible for their safety or suitability. As stargazing is weather-dependent, visibility of the stars cannot be guaranteed. We recommend checking the weather conditions before setting off.
Our Fells & Stars Retreat is available exclusively at Gilpin Lake House for one-night midweek stays from 1 November, subject to availability.
For guests wishing to enjoy our Fells & Stars Elite experience, we require that bookings are made at least two weeks in advance.
Reservations are guaranteed with a 50% deposit at the time of booking.
Where cancellations are made for reservations involving 1 or 2 rooms, no charges will be made provided that 14 days notice is given of cancellations or amendments of reservation. Any deposits will be fully refunded.
For reservations involving 3 or more rooms, 28 days notice is required for any cancellations or amendments. Any deposits will be fully refunded.
All cancellations must be confirmed in writing.
Non-arrivals or reservations which are cancelled or amended within the above cancellation periods will be charged 100% of the booking value. If we are able to re-let the accommodation we would, of course, refund any cancellation fees except for any shortfall.
