All package prices are inclusive of VAT
**In-room Spa Hampers are tailored to each room type, and contents may vary according to room classification. Hampers are provided for in-room use only.
Please note that removal of the Spa Hamper or its contents will incur an additional charge.
The room featured in the video is one of our Spa Suites.
Please note that spa treatments are not included in the package but can be booked separately at an additional cost.

A supplement of £15 per person will apply for deep muscle treatments.
Reservations are guaranteed with a 50% deposit at the time of booking.
Where cancellations are made for reservations involving 1 or 2 rooms, no charges will be made provided that 14 days notice is given of cancellations or amendments of reservation. Any deposits will be fully refunded.
For reservations involving 3 or more rooms, 28 days notice is required for any cancellations or amendments. Any deposits will be fully refunded.
All cancellations must be confirmed in writing.
Non-arrivals or reservations which are cancelled or amended within the above cancellation periods will be charged 80% of the booking value. If we are able to re-let the accommodation we would, of course, refund any cancellation fees except for any shortfall.
