All packages are subject to availability. All package prices are inclusive of VAT.
In-room Spa Hampers are room-specific and tailored to each room type and are for in-room use only. Any included treatments are 50-minute Pure Lakes spa treatments.
**Should the In-Room Spa Hamper be removed, it will be charged for.

Windermere Lakes Cruises tickets include a Lake Windermere red or yellow cruise only (pre booking not required).

Reservations are guaranteed with a 50% deposit at the time of booking.
For reservations involving 1-2 rooms, 14 days notice is required for any cancellations or amendments, in which case deposits will be fully refunded. For reservations involving 3 or more rooms, 28 days notice is required for any cancellations or amendments, in which case deposits will be fully refunded. All cancellations must be confirmed in writing.
Non-arrivals or reservations which are cancelled or amended within the above cancellation periods will be charged 100% of the booking value. If we are able to re-let the accommodation we would, of course, refund any cancellation fees except for any shortfall.
